Document prep, scanning, indexing and supervised industrial destruction requirements are all considered; then, after analyzing your specific needs and volumes, we propose an all-inclusive per-image price. This means you know exactly what you will be spending based on the actual volume of your project.

Why Digitize Files?

There are an increasing number of reasons to digitize your paper or microfilmed files. At a lease cost of $1 per square foot for office space, a single file cabinet costs a company $96 per year in floorspace alone. The average scanned image requires about 50KB of disk space. That means that for $50, a company can store the equivalent of 100 four-drawer file cabinets full of paper on a single 50GB hard drive. Digital images can also be easily circulated without having to make paper copies.
